Spring Seminar 2012

Seminar is back ... and our first seminar is THIS FRIDAY!!!!

Seminar this semester is going to focus on our local talent: The faculty. You're used to seeing them in class, but do you really know what they do when they're engaged in research? And do you know how that research impacts practitioners? It's not quite the same as what they teach in class. So, come to seminar and see another side of your faculty -- and our field!

All currently scheduled seminars are on Fridays from 12-1 and will be held in the Morgan Studio. They will also be webcast (details forthcoming). See the schedule below.

Our first presenter, THIS FRIDAY (2/10/12) is Dr. Aubteen Darabi. His topic:
Learners’ Instructional Efficiency & Cognitive Involvement: A Cognitive Load Paradox.

You won't want to miss it!
